Before joining Cambre, Pavel worked with the Malta Business Bureau, where he provided communication and policy support to member companies.

Pavel began his career in the gaming sector, working on CSR, payment monitoring and fraud prevention, marketing, VIP handling and content management.

He holds a degree in European Studies, and speaks English, Estonian, Maltese, Russian.
