SEC Newgate EU was engaged by GEIR, sector group of the Union of the European Lubricants Industry, to represent the interests of the European waste oil recycling industry. Regenerated waste oils are an important source of base oils for the independent lubricants sector, ensuring a closed-loop process for a hazardous waste, in line with the EU’s circular economy objectives.
SEC Newgate EU supports GEIR on a wide range of advocacy activities, from providing strategic counsel during EU legislation revisions, to monitoring EU developments likely to impact GEIR’s members’ business, and building sectoral alliances.
