Players in the logistics sector wanted to give a structure and voice to their collaborative platform, aiming for closer cooperation with EU policymakers. Through the Alliance for European Logistics (AEL) they strive to monitor EU policy developments and raise the profile of the industry.
We provide association management, public relations and public policy support. We manage the AEL secretariat on a daily basis, as well as the AEL website and social media accounts. We organise the landmark logistics event of the year, the European Logistics Summit, as well as targeted smaller stakeholder meetings and events.
AEL has become a recognised stakeholder in Brussels and is regularly invited by the European institutions to join expert groups. Through the annual European Logistics Summit, Alliance members have established a network of high-level contacts and contributed valuable insights to relevant policies and legislation.
